From a combination of the Latin words “pura” and “actio” meaning pure action, the name for Puractio Coaching was born!
About Puractio Coaching
Puractio Coaching was founded in New York City by our Managing Partner, Jeffory Elliott – a certified coach and past management consultant for start-ups to Fortune 50 companies in behavior change, marketing & branding strategy, and communication experience. As someone who identifies as a minority and came from humble beginnings with not much access to many self-development services (e.g., Coaching), Jeffory connected the dots and decided to build a coaching practice aiming to fill several gaps for those who share a similar experience. In his eyes, it’s time for more people who are a part of marginalized communities to be elevated to the top. Therefore, it’s Puractio Coaching’s mission to help them get there.

As a minority-owned professional coach, I am hyper-focused on helping clients improve and tackle their goals.
My endeavor is to make coaching services more accessible to prospective clients – especially those who identify as part of marginalized communities. I like to see them rise to the top of their game, whether in their business or personal lives. I’m obsessed with increasing exposure of personal development services for people in marginalized communities in aims of presenting more opportunities to succeed and excel.
I help clients create realities where Pure Action is at the root of their success. How do we do this? It’s simple.. We leverage established behavior change and coaching frameworks along with a toolkit of proven tactics to get there.
Everyone has the ability and tools within themselves to conquer their goals – that’s perhaps the best part! Sometimes, it just takes an accountability partner to help activate said abilities and tools.

It’s simple. Pure Action is simply a catalyst to helping clients understand and realize the success they paint in their own minds.
